Twin Cities Animal Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Clinic is the first physical rehabilitation-only facility for small animals in Minnesota, owned and operated by Minnesota's first specialist canine rehabilitation veterinarian, Dr. Julia Tomlinson. Since opening our doors in 2007, we have developed a successful working relationship with veterinary hospitals, doctors, and surgeons all over the Midwest, and we have built a client base composed of dedicated, motivated pet owners.  Our devoted  staff is certified in advanced physical rehabilitation and we offer an in-depth sports medicine residency program for veterinarians.

Our mission is to treat our patients and clients with the utmost care and compassion, alleviate pain and restore our patients to maximum physical and mental function in light of their conditions.

In 2024, we expanded with a second facility in Blaine, MN, bringing our specialized care closer to more pet families. Our facilities in Burnsville and Blaine feature advanced physical rehabilitation equipment such as underwater treadmills, diagnostic tools, treatment lasers, and more, all designed to maximize patient comfort and accessibility. Our rubber floors and facility layouts cater to pets with mobility challenges, and our treatment rooms create a stress-free experience for both pets and their owners.
